Luhai Durun Energy Technologies Co., Ltd. drives the Group’s international expansion, overseeing equipment exports, global partnerships, and brand development.
Shandong Luhai Petroleum Equipment Co., PLC, established in 2008, is the Group’s core manufacturing hub. Situated on a 7-hectare facility in Shandong Province, southeast of Dezhou City, the company enjoys a strategic location — near Manzhouli, China’s largest inland port on the Russian border, and close to Tianjin, a major maritime gateway. This positioning ensures efficient inland and ocean freight logistics.

Luhai specializes in the engineering, design, production, and servicing of directional drilling equipment.

Luhai serves both domestic and international markets. In China, we supply equipment to the nation’s three major oil and gas companies — CNPC, SINOPEC, and CNOOC.
Internationally, Luhai Durun delivers products across Europe, West Africa, Western, Southwestern, South and Southeast Asia, and Oceania.
Regional service centers in the Middle East and South America ensure responsive post-sale support.
Luhai equipment is actively deployed in key oilfields across China, including Sichuan, Changqing, and the Tarim Basin — onshore and offshore.
In 2023, the Group recorded annual revenues exceeding USD 35 million.
